Returns
We’ve got you covered with a 30-day return guarantee! You can request a return within 30 days of receiving your item if:
- You received the wrong size
- You received the wrong product
- The color is incorrect
- The item arrived damaged
💡 Heads-up: We can’t accept returns for change of mind or unwanted gifts. Thanks for your understanding!
How to Start a Return
To initiate a return, email us at support@meowxy.com with the following details:
- The reason for return
- Picture proof clearly showing the issue or defect
Once we receive your request, our customer service team will review your case and determine if your item meets the return criteria. If approved, we’ll provide detailed instructions on how and where to send your package.
🚨 Important: Please don’t send items back without first contacting us—unauthorized returns can’t be processed. Also, note that customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
Exceptions
Sale items are final and can’t be returned.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll let you know if your refund is approved. If it is:
- We’ll process your refund to your original payment method.
- Please allow a little time for your bank or credit card company to handle the transaction—it might take a few days.
Canceling an Order
Changed your mind? You can cancel your order within 1 hour of placing it. This helps us keep things running smoothly for everyone!

Exchanges
