Every item you order from Meowxy is handled with care and attention to detail. Please allow 2-5 business days for us to process your order before it is shipped to you.

Shipping Times

We recognize that anticipation builds once an order is placed. Shipping times, however, may vary depending on your location. For our customers within the U.S., standard shipping typically takes 2-5 business days. For those reaching out to us from afar, international shipping times range from 10-30 business days, depending on the distance and local services.

Shipping Addresses

To ensure a seamless delivery, please double-check that your shipping address is accurate and provided in Latin characters. At Meowxy, while we strive to deliver your order with care, we cannot be held responsible for delays or lost packages due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

PO Boxes

For our U.S. customers, we do offer the convenience of shipping to PO boxes. However, please note that express shipping is not available for PO box addresses, as we seek to manage your expectations effectively.

Customs and Duties

When sharing our creations with international customers, we recognize that there may be additional responsibilities. If your order is shipped internationally, please be aware that any customs fees, duties, or taxes that arise will be the responsibility of the recipient.

Order Tracking

We believe in keeping you informed every step of the way. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number, if you are a registered member you can also check your orders page, allowing you to follow your package’s progress until it arrives safely at your door.
