At Meowxy, we strive to provide you with quality products and a great shopping experience. However, we understand that sometimes things don’t go as planned. To ensure a smooth and transparent process, we have outlined our refund and return policies below. Please review the following details carefully to understand how returns, exchanges, and refunds are handled.
Returns
We offer a 30-day return policy. You have 30 days from the date you receive your order to request a return.
Eligibility for Returns
- Items must be in the same condition as received—unworn, unused, with tags, and in the original packaging.
- A receipt or proof of purchase is required.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon receipt. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately with photos clearly showing the issue.
Exceptions
We cannot process returns or exchanges due to:
- Incorrect size or color selection.
- Change of mind or personal preference.
Once your return is accepted, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent without prior approval will not be accepted.
Exchanges
To exchange an item, return the original product and make a separate purchase for the replacement. Once your return is approved, you can proceed with the new purchase.
Refunds
After receiving and inspecting your return, we will notify you of approval or rejection. If approved, the refund will be processed automatically to your original payment method within 10 business days.
- Refunds cover the cost of the item only and do not include shipping costs.
- Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process and post the refund.
